Yes, we can arrange for you to be met and brought to the villa. The cost is the same as an airport taxi with the advantage that our taxi service know exactly where to go. You only need provide your flight details and number of people in your party and you will be met at the airport on arrival when you come out of the building. You just look for the driver who has your name on a sign board.

Yes, please just ask and a barbecue will be delivered to the villa when needed.

The beach is about 1.2km from Foxtail Palm Villa and 1.6km from Cocktail and Queen Palm villa.

The villas are enclosed and walled on all sides so there is no risk of your children leaving the villas if you shut the front gate. You should note that as the villa has a pool it could be considered a risk for small children who cannot swim. In this case children must be supervised at all times. A pool fence can be hired to keep children out of the pool area, but requires notice so that we can book and set up. This is an additional charge (usually about 2,500 baht per stay)

We don’t normally offer catering, but if we can find a chef we can arrange. During peak season this it is difficult to find anyone available.

Yes, Jane or Janphen may be able to prepare and show you some local dishes and teach you how to prepare. This can be done in the villa after shopping at the supermarkets for ingredients.

There are many pharmacies locally which can speak multiple languages and it is possible to buy most medicines over the counter with a prescription. We can help you find a doctor or arrange for you to go to hospital if you need treatment.

Yes we can, the provider can come to the villa on arrival and arrange the paperwork with you at the villa. Remember to arrange and bring an international driving licence from your home country before you depart. A small hatch back will cost 1,000 baht a day and a scooter will be 250 baht a day. Insurance can be provided.

Yes we can, depending on what sort of Thai food you want there are so many good restaurants locally. This ranges from local seafood places by the beach to proper ‘white table cloth fine dining’.

Racha island is easily reached from Rawai beach and is a popular day trip. Phi Phi is two hourse by ferry and is best arranged with an overnight stay to make the most of the trip. Similan islands can be visited but are a longer trip, mainly for those that want to dive in the Andman ocean. You cannot stay overnight in the Similan islands, so you have to return to the mainland, and that is 2 hours from Phuket. Again the Similans is best visited including an overnight stay on the mainland.

There is a Macro supermarket 15 minutes by car and lots of small Tesco Express, Little Big C in the area within 5 minutes. Macro has the biggest choice and opens at 8am and closes at 10pm.
